Eureka Masonic College, known as the Rob Morris Little Red Schoolhouse, OES Shrine by Eastern Star Members all over the world, is the birthplace of the Order of the Eastern Star. Within this schoolhouse is a Chapter Room beautifully preserved on the second floor with a classroom from a time when it served as the Eureka Masonic College on the first floor. There are also various historical artifacts preserved in cases throughout the building.  Since securing possession of the Little Red Schoolhouse, the Grand Chapter of Mississippi has worked extensively in restoring and preserving this Historical Building and making improvements to the grounds. Restrooms of red brick have been built, a pavilion built in 1962, gives cover during gatherings and fundraising events. Donations are needed to help in the preservation of this historic treasured landmark which is a part of the history of our Eastern Star Heritage. You can also purchase bricks in honor or in memory of someone for either the Rob Morris Walkway or the Verteran's Walkway, both located on the Little Red Schoolhouse Property. Donations can be sent to the Mississippi Grand Secretary.
